“Nature is the source of all true knowledge. She has her own logic, her own 法律代写, she has no effect without cause nor invention without necessity.” Leonardo da Vinci. The law of attraction is about attraction through focus. Focus extensively on having a productive, wonderful day tomorrow, and your odds of experiencing that increase. A citizen of North Korea can focus on being free and his days of being oppressed will be numbered… or so the theory goes.
The problem with championing the law of attraction exclusively and ignoring all other spiritual laws is that our findings show other spiritual laws, such as reincarnation, personal fate, karma, and the law of universal order, frequently supersede the law of attraction.
“Magic is something that happens that appears to be impossible. What I call ‘illusion magic’ uses laws of science and nature that are already known. Real magic uses laws that haven’t yet been discovered.” Doug Henning. Laws of nature, including gravitation, matter, and light, including laws of physics such as motion, conservation of mass and energy, thermodynamics and others, are irrefutable according to modern day scientific consensus: “Laws of Nature are factual truths, not logical ones; are true for every time and every place in the universe; contain no proper names; are universal or statistical claims; and are conditional claims, not categorical ones.”
Spiritual laws may be more accurately described as theories from a conventional science point of view since we can’t prove reincarnation, for example, with physical evidence. However, we haven’t found evidence to refute these concepts either. In fact, we regularly see corroboration for the spiritual beliefs of reincarnation, personal fate, higher-self/soul having more influence than personality, subconscious domination of conscious self, predestination, the macrocosm reflecting the microcosm (as above, so below), and others, including the law of attraction (within reason).
“The child of three or four is saturated with adult rules. His universe is dominated by the idea that things are as they ought to be, that everyone’s actions conform to laws that are both physical and moral – in a word, that there is a Universal Order.” Jean Piaget. Instead of promoting the unrealistic myth that you can attract anything you want in this life through the law of attraction, we prefer to temper the notion with realism so you aren’t devastated if what you want isn’t part of your destined path.
Perhaps you intend to attract the perfect mate, or the perfect business partner, or immensely lucrative clients, or you have a burning desire to be a billionaire. It’s possible all that can be yours. There aren’t always quick fixes in the real world; through consistent effort and discipline, many goals can be achieved, even if it takes multiple lifetimes. Even if you exert an extraordinary amount of effort and will toward being a billionaire, for example, and you have a knack for being in the right place at the right time, your goal of being a billionaire is still, to a great extent, decided by the actions of others. This is where karma comes into play. Good karma equates to people naturally acting in harmony with your plans. You can’t control a lot of things in life, especially the actions of others.
“The intuition of the moral sentiment is an insight of the perfection of the laws of the soul. These laws execute themselves. They are out of time, out of space, and not subject to circumstance.” Ralph Waldo Emerson. What if, like denying all spiritual laws besides the law of attraction, your denial of all other laws of nature besides gravitation made them disappear? Consider what would happen: water would never boil again, and light would stop traveling the speed of light for example. Essentially, all life in the universe would cease to exist. The lopsided bias in favor of the law of attraction as the only spiritual law becomes evident after a little research and applying one’s critical thinking skills.
Ultimately, the other spiritual laws besides the law of attraction are inspiring instead of threatening if you consider the following belief: life has infinite spiritual meaning and you have the power to shape your future existences through compassion, unconditional love, faith, gratitude, and doing what you can to reach your goals.
